In 2017 MCB Cares was formally launched to provide greater structure and grow philanthropic efforts with employee participation. MCB Cares works year-round to collaborate with nonprofits that embody a variety of missions and goals. Employees are also encouraged to design and develop their own initiatives to make a difference in the Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia communities.

Each year, in addition to charitable giving, the Firm sponsors employee volunteer programs and services to benefit our community and the causes we believe in as a Firm.
