MCB Continues Silver Sponsorship for 2021 SBIA Event Series; June 2021 Deal Summit Will be First In-Person Event

Matthews, Carter & Boyce is pleased to announce the firm is a silver sponsor for the 2021 Small Business Investor Alliance series of national events, which includes conferences across the country. The first in-person event, the 2021 Deal Summit, will be held in Chicago in June.  2021 is the 12th year MCB has sponsored this series of events that brings together leaders in private equity.

SBIA works on behalf of members to advocate for regulation and smart policies that promote domestic investment and the growth of small businesses that fuel the American economy.

The Deal Summit is a high impact conference offering insight into lower middle market data, trends, best practices and policy updates.  The keynote speaker,  Jeff Korzenik, Chief Investment Strategist of Fifth Third Bank, will also offer insights on the state of the national economy. 

Matthew Dwyer, MCB Principal and SBIC Practice Leader, will be in attendance at the Summit. Matt’s practice specializes in work with SBICs performing audits, business advisory consulting, accounting and tax services.
